Membership and Voting Details
Per the bylaws:
“Dues are payable at the annual meeting or any time prior thereto for the one-year period following each such annual meeting.” —Article IV Section 2
“Voting membership shall be open to any person, over eighteen (18) years of age, who resides or is the property owner of property located in, or an organization or business establishment located within the Neighborhood. Each household or business within the Neighborhood shall be entitled to only one vote.” —Article IV Section 1
